Treadmills at the Vollmer ComplexThe Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex is taking healthy living to a new standard of state-of-the-art.
Brand new exercise equipment was installed at the Vollmer Complex Fitness Centre in October. The 12 new machines replaced old equipment and provided a major upgrade to the current workout offerings of the fitness centre. The machines include new treadmills, a recumbent stepper, a TRX S-Frame and more. It comes just in time for a special milestone for the Vollmer Culture...

Pancake Breakfast FlyerThe Town of LaSalle is hosting a pancake breakfast with Santa and Mayor Ken Antaya, and you're invited!
The breakfast will be hosted at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex on Saturday, December 2. In addition to a feast of fluffy pancakes, guests will have the chance to take part in fun children's activities (sponsored by Essex Power Corporation) and take a photo with Santa.

Please be advised that County Road 20 (Amherstburg) will be closed in both directions from County Road 3 (Malden Road) to County Road 10 on Friday, Nov. 10 from 9 am to 5 pm. This is a project being completed by the County of Essex.
Local traffic will be permitted access, although no through-traffic will be permitted. Please seek alternative routes.

Calling all LaSalle seniors! A focus group for seniors will be held at the LaSalle Civic Centre on Thursday, November 16 for residents of LaSalle aged 60 and over.
The focus group will run from 6:00 p.m to 7:30 p.m. The event is being held to learn the thoughts and opinions of LaSalle seniors regarding the town and its future.

The Town of LaSalle has added an additional leaf collection date for residents on Saturday, December 2. Due to the warm weather, many trees are slow to drop their leaves. In an attempt to collect as many leaves as possible, the municipality has scheduled an additional leaf collection.
Leaf pick-up will take place on Saturday, November 18 as originally scheduled. A final leaf pick-up will take place on Saturday, December 2. These collections are for the entire municipality....
