Credit and Refund Information

Program Refund Policy

Missed classes cannot be made up, and do not qualify for a refund. Classes interrupted by bad weather, power failure, building evacuation, mechanical difficulties and/or pool fouling will not be made up or refunded. You may withdraw from a program up to 5 business days prior to the program start date. Do so in writing by completing a Refund Request Form (available at the front desk of the Vollmer Complex). All refunds will be processed according to the chart below. Submission does not guarantee a refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refund processing. Please Note: non attendance and/or letting instructors/staff know does not mean a notice of withdrawal.

Program Transfer and Refund Policy

All requests for transfers/refunds for Aquatic Leadership/Workshops/One Day Courses must be received in writing 5 business days or more before the program start date. Customers cannot register for these courses once the program has begun. Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel in writing at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the program. No refunds for course materials, excursions, or field trips will be issued without requesting this is writing.

Transfers will be permitted if program space is available. You may transfer programs up to and including the 3rd day of the program.

*Credits applied to accounts can be used for any Culture and Recreation Department program within 12 months. All credits expire after 12 months.

Cancellations

Was your program cancelled? All programs have a minimum number of participants. If this number is not met, the program may be cancelled. Register early!
