LaSalle Tests Emergency Alert System

LaSalle conducted the first test of the LaSalle Emergency Alerts system on Friday, October 20. A test message was sent to about 3,000 residents. The messages are sent by text, email and voice. Each message sent requests that the recipient respond by typing “yes” (text, email) or pressing the number 1 (phone) to confirm that they have received the message.

P.A. Day Activities in LaSalle

Looking for something to do with the kids on P.A. Days? Many great activities are offered at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex!

The P.A. Day Camp offers arts and crafts, swimming, and sports. Scheduled activities run between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Campers between the ages of 4 and 12 can be dropped off as early as 7:30 am and picked up by 5:30 pm at no additional charge. Cost is $33 per child.
