LaSalle Fire Service would like to let LaSalle residents know about an important safety recall.
On November 10, 2016, Kidde, Health Canada and the United States Consumer Product Safety commission jointly issued a recall of two models of the Kidde Nighthawk hard-wired combination smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms.
The recalled alarms were manufactured between June 2004 and March 2011. The models are: KN-COSM-IBCA (with battery back-up) and KN-COSM-ICA (without battery back-up). Both models are hardwired,...

Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority will host two Business-to-Business meetings to allow the region’s companies and organizations to meet with Proponents participating in the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. These meetings will provide an opportunity for local contractors, suppliers and service providers to network with the potential constructors and operators of the Gordie Howe International Bridge project.
