Product Recall: Kidde Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms

LaSalle Fire Service would like to let LaSalle residents know about an important safety recall.

On November 10, 2016, Kidde, Health Canada and the United States Consumer Product Safety commission jointly issued a recall of two models of the Kidde Nighthawk hard-wired combination smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms.

WDBA Hosts Business-to-Business Meetings

Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority will host two Business-to-Business meetings to allow the region’s companies and organizations to meet with Proponents participating in the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. These meetings will provide an opportunity for local contractors, suppliers and service providers to network with the potential constructors and operators of the Gordie Howe International Bridge project.

Heritage Estates and Oliver Farms Flooding Public Information Centre No.3

The Town of LaSalle, through their consultant Stantec Consulting Ltd., has initiated a study to investigate the cause and solutions to basement flooding resulting from rainfall events that occurred in August of 2014 and July of 2015.
