The LaSalle Vipers won the 1st round of playoffs against the Strathroy Rockets in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League quarterfinals. They are now in round 2, facing off against the Leamington Flyers.
The Vipers will have home ice advantage throughout the Western Conference playoffs, thanks to their finish at the top of the Conference standings – the first time they’ve done that in the franchise’s history in LaSalle.

Dr. Nick Krayacich, a local family physician and Past President of the Rotary Club of LaSalle Centennial, has been chosen by Rotary International officials to lead a Vocational Training Team (“VTT”) in Ethiopia.

Sprucewood Avenue in LaSalle, between Malden Road and Matchette Road, will be under construction beginning on Monday, February 27. A new watermain is being installed.
Motorists can expect lane closures and delays. Please use an alternate route if possible. The construction is expected to take about two months, depending on weather conditions.
