The Town of LaSalle is strategically located in Southwestern Ontario, with direct interchange access to the new Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway, Highway 401, Highway 3, and within a 5 minutes drive of existing and planned new Detroit River International Crossings to the United States.

LaSalle offers numerous pre-designated parcels of land that can accommodate a broad range of residential, commercial, institutional, recreational and light industrial building activity.

Many parcels are already serviced and zoned, "shovel/building permit ready". Other properties are pre-zoned with a holding zone symbol identifying the permitted land uses at that location. For lands that are currently in a holding zone, additional investments in servicing are required to be made by the landowner/developer in order for these sites to become "shovel /building permit ready".
