Hello residents of LaSalle,

On May 11, we partnered with the Windsor-Essex Chamber of Commerce to host the After Business networking event at the Event Centre which was a great success.  Thank you and congratulations to the Chamber and our staff on a successful evening.

Last week, May 14 - 20, was Police Week 2023. LaSalle Police Services held an event at the Event Centre and also at Zehrs that allowed many residents to meet with police staff and other community partners. Thank you, LaSalle Police Services for hosting another successful event.

LaSalle Night Market

The first LaSalle Night Market of the season is Sunday, May 28, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the LaSalle Civic Centre. Markets feature live music and many vendor booths featuring local artisans, crafters, foods, and more. Visit our Night Markets page for full details. See you there!

Strawberry Cleaning Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help clean strawberries on Wednesday, June 7 at 6:00 pm at the Event Centre, 970 Front Rd. Registration is not required, just show up. This does qualify for high school community service hours. Please note the new location at the Event Centre.

Freezie with a Firefighter

Friday, June 9 is a PA Day. Looking for something fun to do? Stop by LaSalle Fire Service between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to tour the fire hall, have a treat with the LaSalle firefighters, and learn about fire safety.

35th LaSalle Strawberry Festival

Get your tickets to the Strawberry Festival online now. Admission is $5.00 per person and entry is free for kids 5 years old and under and seniors aged 65 and over. Purchase a weekend pass for only $12.00! Admission includes access to the festival and all entertainment. Food sold by vendors and carnival ride tickets are extra and must be purchased on-site.

LaSalle Police Annual Bike Rodeo

The LaSalle Police Service will be holding its 26th Annual Bike Rodeo on Saturday, June 3 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex. This event teaches children aged 15 and under safe cycling skills.

Participants must bring their own bike and helmet. Register in advance with the LaSalle Police Service.
