The Town of LaSalle is interested in retaining the services of a qualified consulting firm to undertake a Service Delivery Review to analyze and make recommendations in the following areas:

  • Based on input received from council, staff and the community - should the Town continue to provide the business/service/program;
  • To what level of service should the business/service/program be provided;
  • What is the full cost of providing the business/service/program;
  • Can the cost of the business/service/program be decreased;
  • Alternative methods/approaches to effectively and efficiently deliver the business/service/program;
  • Implementation and communication.

Interested firms are invited to go to the Town of LaSalle web site at www.town.lasalle.on.ca  and download a full copy of the Request for Proposal.

Last day to submit a Proposal is August 10, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
