Purchasing a Pet Licence

The Town of LaSalle requires all dogs within the municipality to be licenced by March 31st each year. You can purchase a dog licence by any of the following options:

  • Mail us your renewal notice along with your payment. If you are registering a dog for the first time, please complete a Dog Licence Application Form and mail the completed form along with a cheque to the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre, located at 5950 Malden Road
  • Leave your payment in our drop-box located outside of the Town Hall Civic Centre building
  • Make an appointment to purchase your dog licence in person by calling our Receptionist at 519-969-7770 ext. 1221

Online Payments

You can pay your dog tag online through the our Pet Licence Portal. If you already have an online account, you can login to your account to purchase your pet licence. If you do not have an online account, please click on the Register button to sign-up for an account.

You will be required to enter your Pet Licence Account Number and Access Code/PIN which can be found on your Pet Licence Renewal Notice. If are registering a new pet, or if you do not have your Account Number or Access Code/PIN, please contact us for assistance at 519-969-7770 ext. 1221.

Pet Licence Renewal Notice

There is a credit card processing fee of 1.75 % for all payments made online. Once you complete your online payment, we will mail your dog tag(s) to your listed address.

Dog Licence rates include taxes. If you no longer own a dog, please contact our Receptionist during regular working hours at 519-969-7770 ext. 1221 so that our records may be updated.
