2019 Photo Contest

Share your favourite photos with us! We are looking for great photos of you and your family/friends enjoying your favourite park, trail or activity in LaSalle! 

Contest Dates: Wednesday, November 20, 2019 to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2019

Format and Requirements

  • Photographs must be taken in the Town of LaSalle, Ontario.
  • When submitting your photograph, in the email, include your name, address and phone number. (Your contact information is personal information collected under the authority of the Municipal Act. By submitting your photo with contact information, you are consenting to the use of your image and name.)
  • Entries should be high resolution digital photos, maximum of 5 MB, and suitable for print reproduction.
  • Do not edit, or make modifications to photos; do not add borders, frames, text or graphics (unmodified single shot photos only).
  • This is a contest for amateur photographers. Photos from professional photographers will not be considered.
  • Photographs entered shall not have been previously published in print materials and/or online and/or have won any other contest(s).
  • Photographs shall not violate or infringe upon another person’s copyright. Persons in the photograph must consent to the photograph being submitted to the contest. Entrants must own all rights to the photograph being submitted.
  • By submitting a photograph to the contest, it is understood that the photograph may be used in future promotional materials, website and/or social media developed by the Town of LaSalle, royalty-free, in perpetuity.
  • Any photographs submitted that are considered to have inappropriate content will be disqualified.
  • Photographs received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
  • The Town of LaSalle will not be held responsible for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed during transmission.
  • Employees and elected officials of the Town of LaSalle, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
