The Town of LaSalle Roads Division is responsible for maintenance and repair of approximately 225 kms of roadway and town owned right-of-way.

Should a problem persist please call the Public Works Department between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at 519-969-4143. In the event of an emergency after hours, the phone will be answered by the Police Dispatch Center.

The Roads Division is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following:

  • Pot holes and cracks
  • Asphalt patching/treatment
  • Curbs
  • Collection and removal of road hazards
  • Sidewalks, paths and trails
  • Roadside cutting
  • Tree trimming on town owned right of ways
  • Streetlights
  • Signalized intersections
  • Signs - speed, regulatory/warning and street signage
  • Winter Maintenance (snow removal)

Driveways

If you are installing or repairing a driveway contact the Public Works office at 519-969-4143 for permit information and to confirm width, thickness and finish standards. Please be advised if you plan to remove the sidewalk in your driveway approach it must to be replaced within 7 days and must be plain concrete with broom or swirl finish.
