Registering for recreation activities online just got easier!

We recently changed our recreation software provider to ACTIVE® Net. Answers to frequently asked questions can be found on this page.

Account Setup

How do I create my account?

1) Click on the Create an Account link.

2) Fill out all required fields,(birth date, gender, email address, etc.) and click submit. Please submit your request only once.

*Please Note: If you are registering a child for an activity, please use your own information when filling out the online registration account request form, NOT the information of the child you wish to register for an activity. Once you have an online registration account, you will have the opportunity to add family members.

3) You will automatically receive an email after submitting your request for an account.

I forgot my password. Now what?

Do not create a new account.

When you are prompted to sign in, check the 'Forgot Password' box and click continue. You will be requested to provide the email address you used to create your account. An email will be sent to you containing a temporary password. Upon signing in, you will be prompted to change your password.

Registration Online

What can I do online?

You can register for an activity including programs, day camps and swim lessons.

Fitness class and workout reservations, as well as lane swimming and aquafit reservations can also be done online.

Can I add and register family members online?

Yes.

You may add family members in the three following locations:

  1. You may add a family member while submitting your head of household account information, by clicking on submit and 'Add New Family Member' link.
  2. You may add a family member under 'My Account', this is done by clicking the 'Manage Family Member'.
  3. You may also add family member during the enrollment process. This is done by clicking on the link 'Add New Family Member.'

Security and Payment Information

Will my information be shared with third parties?

No, the Town of LaSalle collects information in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Information will never be shared with outside parties.

Can I view and print receipts from my online account?

You can view your transaction history and print your receipts from your customer account online.

To view past receipts, visit your Transaction and Payments History tab on your account.

Can I get a refund for classes through ACTIVE?

No, you cannot cancel a registration or receive refunds for registrations online through ACTIVE. To request a cancellation and refund, please visit or call the Vollmer Recreation Complex. All refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy.
