Exercise Classes

The Fitness Centre at the Vollmer Recreation Complex reopens on March 15 for fitness classes and workouts. Fitness classes will be held in-person and over Zoom.

Virtual fitness classes are held over Zoom and conference call line. Participants must pre-register for the  meeting ID and password.

Register online or call (519) 969-7771 ext. 0. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting ID, password and conference call phone line number. Participants must have a Zoom account to participate virtually. All adult classes, sessions and seminars use the LaSalle Virtual meeting ID and password. 

Covid-19 Adjustments to Classes

  • Individual spaces on the floor have been measured and marked to ensure physical distancing of 3 metres between participants
  • You may remove your face covering once you are inside your individual space
  • Please remain within this individual space for the duration of the class
  • Once the class is complete, your face covering must be worn and kept on until you exit the building
  • Please exit the building without unnecessary delay
  • Mats will not be provided. You must bring your own if you wish to use one.
