Exercise Classes

Expand your fitness routine and try out an exercise class! We offer classes in the morning, during the day and at night to help you fit exercise into your schedule. There are also options to challenge you with high intensity workouts, or for those new to exercise, try a low to moderate intensity class. There are also classes designed to keep our seniors active and healthy.

Silver and Gold Members can take any class anytime; pre-registration is not required. Members should check in with the instructor at the beginning of each class. Non-members can buy a Flex Pass that will allow them to take 10 classes.

Space is limited in some classes and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
