A set schedule, qualified instructors, and a group atmosphere can help with accountability and the sense of community. Check out our group exercise and aquatic schedules to add some variety to your workout.

Class Descriptions

Active Aging: This class is geared towards individuals who enjoy a lower impact workout focused on strength, stability and stretching. A chair can be used for assistance during this class.

Adrenaline Circuit: Maximize your workout time by getting cardio done while you strengthen your body! This class is a non-stop class that combines cardio and strength training in a circuit format.

Boot Camp: This class includes high-intensity intervals of cardio, Strength and core work to train the whole body.

Cardio Circuit: A cardio based workout using a variety of weighted and body weight moves to keep your heart rate pumping and calories burning as you move through the various stations.

Cardio Strength: Intervals of bodyweight exercises, free weights, balance and core with fast-paced combinations of resistance and endurance training.

Cycle: A low-impact indoor cycling workout that focuses on endurance and strength building intervals all timed to the beat of the music. Offered for 45 or 60 minute durations. Shoes with stiff soles or cycling shoes with clips are recommended. 

Full Body Circuit: Engage in a challenging strength based workout which incorporates compound movements and full body activation, using a variety of equipment.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

Kettlebell: This class combines cardio and strength-training exercises to improve coordination and strengthen your body, using only a kettlebell and your body weight. All workouts can be tailored from beginner to advance kettlebell movements.

Lunch Crunch: Take a half hour of your lunch with this in and out class to revitalize! Cardio, strength, core, body weight, mat exercises  will be incorporated to boost your energy levels. 

Sculpt and Stretch: Sculpt & Stretch will improve your tone, strength and flexibility by using low impact movement and a variety of equipment.

Sit and Be Fit: This is a gentle class with low impact cardiovascular movements and the use of light weights to improve endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

Stroller Fit: This baby-friendly, body workout includes intervals of cardio drills, functional strength training and short power walks followed by postnatal-specific core work and flexibility.

Total Body: Shed excess fat while building strength and endurance. Class includes cardio and body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching.

TRX: By using suspension straps, participants use their body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.

Yoga: Relax and focus on physical poses and breathing to develop better body awareness, balance and strength with flexibility to become more sensitive to how energy moves throughout your body.

Zumba: An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves.

Online Classes

Members have access to virtual fitness classes through Zoom. If you already have a membership please register for classes online to receive a new meeting ID and password.
