During these challenging times, getting outside and enjoying nature while practicing social distancing helps with stress relief, boredom and one's physical and mental health.

Social Distancing in Public Parks and Trails:
- Do not use parks or trails if you are exhibiting symptoms
- Follow the World Health Organization's guidelines on personal hygiene prior to visiting parks or trails
- Share the trail and warn other trail users of your presence as you pass
- Observe the World Health Organization's minimum recommended social distancing of 2m from others at all times
