Applicants wishing to file a Planning Act Application can do so by completing and submitting the application, together with a fee to the Town of LaSalle in accordance with the current Town's User Fee Schedule.
LaSalle Council is responsible for making decisions regarding the following Planning Act related applications:
- Official plan amendment, zoning by-law amendment, removal of holding zone symbol, temporary use by-law applications;
- Draft plan of subdivision, draft plan of condominium, part lot control by-law, red-line revision, extension to draft plan approval/part-lot control by-law applications;
- Site plan control approval, amend existing site plan agreement applications.
The LaSalle Committee of Adjustment is responsible for making decisions pertaining to consent applications and minor variance applications.
