As part of the ongoing major construction project on Malden Road, temporary sidewalk and trail closures will begin this week between the Cahill Drain and Grillo Avenue. The closures will occur in three stages over the next few months.

Due to weather, the location of the Sunday, August 30 LaSalle Night Market has been moved to the Event Centre at 970 Front Road. This location allows for the market to be held indoors. The event time remains the same, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
