The Town of LaSalle’s longest-running signature event returns this June as the LaSalle Strawberry Festival takes place from Thursday, June 11 to Sunday, June 14 at the Vollmer Recreation Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway.

Mondays with the Mayor gives members of the community an opportunity to meet with Mayor Crystal Meloche in person to share ideas or ask questions.
A report will be presented at the Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Regular Meeting of Council seeking approval of temporary road closures to allow relocation of the 2026 LaSalle Strawberry Festival parade. The parade is being relocated due to ongoing construction along Front Road. The parade will take place on Saturday, June 13, starting at 10:00 am, using Laurier Parkway and the surrounding roads near the Vollmer Complex.
The Town of LaSalle will host the Tuesday, May 26, 2026, Regular Meeting of Council at 6:00 pm. Meetings are held in-person in Council Chambers; members of Council and administration may participate virtually. Meetings are streamed live on the Town of LaSalle YouTube Channel.
Whether you are visiting the Vollmer Complex for games, lessons, or activities, stop by and say 'Hi' to Mayor Crystal Meloche. Mayor Meloche will be on location at the LaSalle Stompers Clubhouse (located at the soccer fields at the Vollmer Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway), on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

To help keep these shared spaces safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone, the Town of LaSalle is reminding residents and visitors that updated rules are now in effect under Parks By-law 2025-097.
Beginning Friday, May 15, the Splash Pad at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex officially opens for the season (weather dependent), welcoming residents to one of LaSalle’s coolest hangouts.
The annual hydrant maintenance program starts early next week on Monday, May 11, 2026. As crews move into a new area, we will share the locations where the work is taking place.
