As part of the Windsor-Essex Regional Community Safety and Well Being Plan, the Town of LaSalle is hosting a Safety and Crime Prevention Walk on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

The Town of LaSalle, in partnership with the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 594, will host a Remembrance Day Ceremony on Monday, November 11 to honour our Veterans who have fallen, and those who continue to serve Canada today.

The LaSalle Firefighters Associations are excited to announce a new initiative to support the LaSalle community this holiday season.

Tenders are invited for the purchase of land(s) and will be received until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at the Town of LaSalle, 5950 Malden Road, LaSalle, Ontario.

LaSalle Firefighters, Town staff, and community members are mourning the death of former Volunteer (Part-time) Firefighter, Robert “Bob” Price. Bob was a Volunteer Firefighter with LaSalle Fire Service from 1997 to 2008. 

Three new pedestrian signals are scheduled to be installed along Front Road in LaSalle at the intersections of Bouffard Road, Huron Street, and Boismier Avenue. 

The Town of LaSalle is starting a process to review and update LaSalle 2050 – its current Strategic Plan, which serves as a roadmap for the municipality into the year 2050.

UPDATE October 15, 2024: A message from the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit - If you have received KI Pills since July of this year, we ask that you check their expiry date.

Fall has arrived, which means the LaSalle Boat Ramp, at the LaSalle Landing, will be closing for the season on Tuesday, October 15, 2023. Please be aware that after this date, there will be no on-site attendants available at the ramp.
