Town of LaSalle Invites Public Input on Draft Development Manual

The Town of LaSalle is inviting residents, and the development community to review and provide feedback on the Draft Development Manual.

The Development Manual outlines the processes, requirements, and technical standards for land development within the Town of LaSalle. Its purpose is to support efficient, well‑planned, and innovative development while applying trusted and proven design practices that reflect the community’s long‑term vision.

The Draft Development Manual is organized into two volumes:

Volume I | Planning
Describes the development processes and planning requirements within the Town of LaSalle.

Volume II | Engineering
Outlines the technical standards and servicing requirements for development.

Full details, including the draft documents, visit Development Manual. The public is encouraged to take time to review the materials and share feedback.
