Sport Fields 

 All sports fields (baseball and soccer) at the Vollmer Complex are now closed for the season. See you next year!

Vollmer Centre 

There are no drop-in Recreational Skating scheduled on the following dates:

  • Friday, December 13

LaSalle Outdoor Pool

The LaSalle Outdoor Pool is closed for the season and will reopen in June 2025.

Event Centre

 

Boat Ramp

The Boat Ramp is closed for the season and will reopen in April 2025.

Vollmer Centre Holiday Closures

The Vollmer Recreation Centre will be closed on the following holidays in 2024: 

  • New Year's Day  - January 1
  • Good Friday - March 29
  • Easter Sunday - March 31
  • Victoria Day - May 20
  • Canada Day - July 1
  • Civic Holiday - August 5
  • Labour Day - September 2
  • Thanksgiving Monday - October 14
  • Christmas Eve Day - December 24 (Facility closes at 12:00 pm)
  • Christmas Day - December 25
  • Boxing Day - December 26
  • New Year's Eve Day - December 31 (Facility closes at 3:00 pm)

Additionally, the following days have altered times and activities:

  • Family Day: No regular activities. Special swims/skates will be offered.
  • March Break: No regular activities. Camps, special swims and skates will be offered.
  • Halloween: No children's activities day or evening.
  • New Year's Eve: Special swims/skates will be offered.
