Sanitary Sewer Inspection Work on Victory Street

The Town of LaSalle’s Public Works Department will be doing maintenance work on sanitary sewers along Victory Street, from Hinde Street to 880 Victory Street beginning on Tuesday, May 19. The work is expected to take one to two days to complete. Crews will be flushing the sewers and using cameras to inspect them. The goal is to find any areas where rainwater may be getting into the sanitary sewer system.

Crews will use small flags and paint to mark private sewer connections on lawns.  Residents may see crews working in the area. There are no road lane closures or detours expected but yield to oncoming traffic signs may be set up as needed.

This is phase 1 of the maintenance project. Phase two is scheduled to take place later in May. More information about phase two will be shared before it begins.
