Water Bill Delivery Delay Due to Postal Strike
Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers strike with Canada Post, delivery of the Town of LaSalle residential quarterly water and wastewater bills will not occur before the due date. Property owners are still responsible for payment. The due date is Friday, October 31.
To ensure customers have access to their water billing information, The Town of LaSalle offers several convenient alternatives. Property owners can:

Pick up a printed copy of their water bills at the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre, 5950 Malden Rd., LaSalle, ON N9H 1S4. Pick up hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding holidays.

View billing information online, if previously registered for Town of LaSalle Online Services

Call and speak to a Customer Service Representative at 519-969-7770, ext. 1230. Billing information can be provided over the phone.
Avoid late fees when paying through your financial institution by making your payment a few days ahead of the due date. It may take a few days for the payment to be processed and sent to us. If we receive payment after the due date, a late fee is automatically added to your account.
We ask that you do not mail in a payment at this time. There are many payment options available:
In-person: Visit the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre, 5950 Malden Rd., LaSalle, ON N9H 1S4.
Drop-Box: Leave a cheque (no cash) in the drop-box at the LaSalle Civic Centre, located on the north wall of the front entrance, next to the employee entrance.
Telephone/Internet Banking: Contact your local banking institution for information. The payee will be listed as something similar to: LaSalle ON - water/sewer.
Pre-authorized Payment Plans: 10 Month Payment Plan, 12 Month Payment Plan, Due Date Plan and Budget Plan (pre-authorized payment plans can be applied to water bills and to tax bills). Pre-authorized payment forms are available on the Payment Options page of our website.
Go paperless! Register at Town of LaSalle Online Services to view property tax and/or water bills and transactions. Once registered, your bills will be emailed to you. A PIN# to create your account can be found on your current bill, or you can get a PIN# by calling the Finance Department.
As a reminder, the Town of LaSalle sends water/wastewater bills out quarterly, or every three months (April, July, October, and January) to residential customers. This means that bills will have three months' worth of usage included. For example, October’s bill includes usage for July, August, and September. The due dates are set to the last Friday of the month when the bill is issued. The October 2025 bill is due on Friday, October 31, 2025. The next water/wastewater due date will be Friday, January 30, 2026.
