Heritage Drive: Sidewalk Construction

Sidewalk construction is scheduled to begin on Monday, June 15 along the east side of Heritage Drive, between Rushwood Crescent and the Sandwich West Parkway roundabout. This work is part of ongoing efforts to improve pedestrian connectivity in the area. 

Project Duration

Construction is expected to take approximately one week to complete, weather permitting. 

Traffic Impacts

• Intermittent closures of the northbound lane on Heritage Drive. 

• Minor delays are expected. Motorists are asked to use caution and allow extra travel time. 

Pedestrian Impacts

• Pedestrian access will be temporarily limited during construction. 

• Signage will be in place, use alternate routes where available.
