LaSalle Boat Ramp 2026 Season

The LaSalle Boat Ramp, located along the Detroit River at the corner of Front Road and Laurier Drive, will have an attendant on-site daily for the season beginning Friday, April 10, 2026, from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, weather permitting. 

As of this date, boaters will either need a seasonal pass or purchase a daily pass to use the boat ramp. Passes can be purchased on-site when a staff member is present (debit or credit only), through the Vollmer Centre reception, or online through the LaSalle Active Portal.

Things to remember:

  • Cash is not accepted at the boat ramp.
  • A boat ramp attendant will be on-site daily from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, weather permitting.  
  • Attendants do not assist with launching boats.
  • Washrooms will be open and cleaned daily.
  • Parking is available in the on-site boat ramp parking lot. Parking on the road or grass is not allowed.

LaSalle boat ramp fees for 2026 (non-refundable) are as follows:

  • $ 14.30 daily pass rate
  • $121.00 for an annual pass for seniors (55 years of age and over)
  • $165.00 for an annual pass 

Canoe and kayak paddlers can find docks available at the following Town owned locations:

  • Vince Marcotte Park, north of the pedestrian bridge over Turkey Creek
  • Retention pond at the Vollmer Complex
  • Near Riverdance Community Centre at LaSalle Landing waterfront
  • River Canard Park
