LaSalle Firefighters Launch Third Annual LaSalle Gives Back Campaign

This holiday season, the LaSalle Firefighters Associations are proud to announce the return of the annual LaSalle Gives Back campaign for a third year, continuing its mission to support local residents and ensure donations collected in LaSalle stay in the community. Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps make a direct impact close to home by providing vital support to local families, youth, and individuals in need throughout the year.

From Thursday, November 12 to Saturday, November 14, 2026, LaSalle firefighters and community volunteers will take to the streets across LaSalle distributing newsletters and accepting monetary donations. Volunteers will be stationed at various major intersections and outside local businesses throughout the community. Residents are encouraged to support the campaign and drive with caution while volunteers are collecting donations.

Launched in 2024, LaSalle Gives Back was created to keep charitable donations local and provide ongoing support to residents who rely on assistance programs throughout the year. To date the campaign has raised more than $138,000. The amount raised in 2025 was $72,843.39.

This year's campaign will once again support the St. Andrews Anglican Church Community Food Bank and the LaSalle Hangout for Youth, two organizations that provide essential services and support to local residents and families. By supporting local organizations, the campaign strengthens community connections and ensures help is available when residents need it most, not only during the holiday season, but throughout the year.

The success of LaSalle Gives Back is made possible by the generosity of the community. Residents are invited to help continue this tradition of giving by supporting the campaign and showing that when LaSalle comes together, even the smallest act of kindness can have a lasting impact on someone's life.
