The Town of LaSalle is pleased to provide its residents and organizations with the opportunity to apply for a Noise Exemption.

To apply for a Noise By-law Exemption, complete the required information on the Application Form including the location, duration and date the exemption is being requested. The Clerk's department will review the application to determine eligibility.

Fee: The fee to apply is $50 and must be paid before your application is considered. The fee is non-refundable even if your application is rejected. Contact Council Services at 519-969-7770 Ext 1234 to book an appointment for payment.

Timeline: Requests are to be submitted at least 30 days before the event. Late submissions run the risk of not being processed.

Notifications: Please note that upon the submission of your Request, the Town of LaSalle will notify residents at neighbouring properties of your intent to use amplified sound at your event.
