Any person who wishes to speak at a Committee meeting must submit a Delegation Request/Written Submission on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the Friday prior to the Committee meeting.
Meetings are broadcasted live on the Town of LaSalle's YouTube Channel. Delegates that participate will form part of the recording.

A delegation will not be registered to address members of the Committee at a Committee meeting unless this specific item is listed on the Agenda. Persons speaking before the Committee shall address their remarks to the stated business only. Requests to speak at a Committee meeting must be made in writing.
A maximum of five minutes shall be allotted for each delegation to present their position of support or opposition to the relevant agenda item.

Individuals who submit letters and other information to Committees should be aware that any personal information contained within their communications may become part of the public record, and may be made available through the agenda process, which includes publication on the municipality's website.
