LaSalle Senior Active Living Social Returns for a Second Year of Fun and Connection

The Town of LaSalle is excited to welcome back the LaSalle Senior Active Living Senior’s Social. Adults aged 55+ are invited to save the date, Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, for this engaging event taking place at the Event Centre at LaSalle Landing. Reconnect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a lively afternoon filled with activities, entertainment, and community.

"The response to last year's event was incredibly positive, and we're excited to welcome everyone back again," says Scott Bisson, Manager of Culture and Recreation. "This event provides a great opportunity for seniors to connect with others and have some fun."

This event will feature a variety of activities tailored to different interests and abilities. Attendees can enjoy tabletop games, puzzles, yard-style challenges, feel the rhythm during dance, join a friendly fitness session, and other physical activities. Whether you're trying something new or taking part in a favourite pastime, there will be plenty of opportunities to stay active, socialize, and have fun.

Registration is not required. Guests are welcome to drop in anytime during the event hours and stay as long as they like. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided. We look forward to welcoming both returning and first-time attendees for another memorable day together.
