Cat Spay and Neuter Voucher Program 2026 - Phase 2

Phase 2 of LaSalle's Cat Spay and Neuter Voucher Program is open and will run until the end of 2026.   

Eligible residents can apply by using the 'Cat Voucher Application' button on the Spay and Neuter Voucher Program web page.   

Vouchers provide up to $50.00 toward the cost of spaying or neutering at participating veterinary clinics. The program is available to qualifying low-income households with owned cats and qualifying caregivers of feral cats. 

Vouchers have a maximum value of $50.00 each. Any cost beyond $50.00 is the responsibility of the owner or caregiver. Vouchers are available on a first-come, first-served basis while funding lasts.
