LaSalle Senior Active Living New “Cups and Companions” Drop‑In Sessions

The Town of LaSalle is pleased to introduce Cups and Companions. The newest in the lineup of LaSalle Senior Active Living sessions. These free weekly drop-in sessions are designed to help older adults stay healthy, connect with others, and learn new things.  

Individuals aged 55+ are invited to join in at the Vollmer Centre for a warm cup of coffee, friendly conversation, and light activities. The program offers a welcoming space to meet new people, share stories, play games, or simply enjoy one another’s company. Registration is not required; participants are encouraged to drop in as they are. 

Program Schedule: 

  • Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 10:30 am 

  • Thursdays from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm 

Note:
There are specific days and times throughout the year when the program will not be offered due to facility availability. Participants are encouraged to pick up a copy of the monthly program calendar at the Vollmer front desk or follow the LaSalle Culture and Recreation Facebook page to stay informed about upcoming sessions.
