Public Works 2025 Crack Sealing Project

The Town will begin its 2025 Crack Sealing Project on Monday, September 22, with work expected to continue through Friday, September 27, weather permitting. 

Project Locations: 

• Normandy Street: Huron Church Line Road to Malden Road 

• Sprucewood Avenue: Malden Road to Matchett Road 

• Malden Road: Morton Drive (Cahill Drain) to Todd Lane Roundabout 

• Matchett Road: Sprucewood Avenue to Morton Drive 

• Pedestrian Trail: Ellis Street to Malden Road 

• Pedestrian Trail: Vollmer splash pad and skate park 

Mobile traffic control will be in place, with one-lane closures in each section. Motorists should expect traffic delays and are encouraged to drive with caution and plan accordingly.
