Recycling Cart Update from Circular Materials

A message from Circular Materials:

For Essex-Windsor residents interested in a smaller recycling cart, a Recycling Cart Exchange Request Form will be available on the Circular Materials website in mid-December.

This Request Form will allow residents to exchange their current 360-litre recycling cart for a 240-litre cart. Circular Materials will let residents know as soon as the form and supporting information are posted. Follow on Facebook at Circular Materials.
