Sweet Summer Fun Awaits at the 2026 LaSalle Strawberry Festival

The LaSalle Strawberry Festival takes place from Thursday, June 11 to Sunday, June 14 at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway. Festivalgoers can look forward to carnival rides, the cherished community parade the Vollmer Complex, a spectacular fireworks display, live music performances, and delicious treats including locally grown strawberries. 

Admission 

Admission is $5.00 per person and can be purchased at the festival gates or online at LaSalle Tickets. Admission is free for kids 5 and under and seniors 65 +. Weekend passes are $12.00 per person and are available online only. Weekend passes will be sold until Friday, June 12.

Thursday, June 11 | 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Friday, June 12 | 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Saturday, June 13 | 11:00 am to 11:00 pm
Sunday, June 14 | 11:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Carnival 

Robertson Amusements brings the thrills with rides running during festival hours. The carnival accepts cash, credit, and debit. An ATM is also available inside the festival. Beginning on Thursday, June 11, carnival coupons can be purchased on-site only. They can be purchased in the following increments: 

  • 4 coupons, $8.85 + HST = $10.00 
  • 16 coupons, $35.40 + HST = $40.00 
  • 26 coupons, $53.10 + HST = $60.00 

Most rides require 1 to 3 coupons on average. 

Carnival Special Pricing 

The following can be purchased on-site at the festival only: 

Thursday Toonie Night | All rides one coupon, each coupon is $2.00 plus HST. A minimum of 4 amusement coupons per purchase. 

  • 4 coupons for $8.00 + HST = $9.00 
  • 16 coupons for $32.00 + HST = $36.00 

Friday Unlimited Ride Bracelet | $40.00 + HST = $45.00 

Entertainment and Activities 

There is plenty of entertainment planned all weekend long, including Opening Ceremonies presented by LaSalle Town Council. The festival’s main stage will feature an exciting lineup of musical headliners, with Ultrasonik performing on Thursday evening, Adam Butcher taking the stage on Friday, and Buck Twenty closing out the lineup on Saturday. Family entertainment will feature a Family Fun Interactive Zone on the Event Lawn (located next to Gate 1), offering a variety of engaging, hands-on experiences for all ages. Highlights include performances presented by Hoop You: Interactive Hoop Fun Zone, Hoops and Bubbles Interactive Zone, Gymnastics Interactive Ribbon Zone, and performance by Bella Magic Show. Be sure to check out the dazzling Friday night Fireworks, lighting up the sky around 10:00 pm, casting a magical glow over the festival grounds. Gather with family and friends anywhere on the grounds for an incredible view of this can’t-miss festival highlight, set against the scenic backdrop near the retention pond. 

LaSalle Strawberry Festival Parade at the Vollmer Complex 

Take in the LaSalle Strawberry Festival Parade on Saturday, June 13, travelling along Laurier Parkway and surrounding roads near the Vollmer Complex. 

Due to ongoing construction along Front Road, the LaSalle Strawberry Festival Parade has been relocated for 2026. The parade will start at 10:00 am at the corner of Judy Recker Crescent and Mike Raymond Drive (near Sandwich Secondary School), turn left onto Diotte Drive, turn right onto Laurier Parkway, continuing through the roundabout, left onto Judy Recker Crescent, and ending near Legacy Oak Trail Public School. There are sidewalks and paved paths along Mike Raymond Drive, Laurier Parkway and Judy Recker Crescent to watch the parade. 

Additional family-friendly activities will take place on Family Day, Sunday, June 14, including a strawberry eating contest, strawberry planting, and a lively mascot dance-off, where you can cheer on your favourite mascot to win!

Animals and Amenities 

Service and support animals on a leash and under the control of their owner or handler are welcome (excluding rides). Event staff reserve the right to ask for documentation related to service and support animals. All bags are subject to inspection. Approved bags must not exceed 14” x 14” x 6”. A $2.00 bag check is available at the Bike Valet (cash only). 

Getting to the Festival 

Arrive Like a VIP at the LaSalle Strawberry Festival! Bike Windsor-Essex will be offering a FREE bike valet service. Ride up to the valet tent located before Gate #1. 

Ride LaSalle Transit 25 for free from Thursday, June 11, to Saturday, June 13! The bus service has been enhanced during the LaSalle Strawberry Festival with free service and extended hours to match those of the festival. Buses will run during festival hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with final pick-ups at the Vollmer Complex around the time the festival closes. A shuttle service to the fireworks will not be offered this year; however, parking is available at Town Hall or the Event Centre with access to the festival via Route 25. LaSalle Transit does not run on Sundays. Schedules are posted on the Getting to the Festival and LaSalle Transit pages on the Town’s website.   

Free parking is available in designated lots. Parking is available in four lots and is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you park in a no-parking zone, you could be ticketed or towed. Accessible parking is available and located in the main Vollmer Centre Parking Lot #1, and Lot #4, with signage and is clearly identifiable. These Parking Lots are fully paved, and level pathways lead to the event.
