Turtle Club Parade 2025 - Road Closure Notice

LaSalle Turtle Club players, coaches, and family members will be celebrating baseball’s opening day on Saturday, April 26. Starting at 10:00 am, the parade will start at the corner of Front Road and Laurier Drive and head to Reaume Road, ending at the Turtle Club Park. Once the walkers arrive at Turtle Club Park, opening ceremonies will take place.   

The following roads will be closed to all vehicular traffic on Saturday, April 26, from 9:30 am to approximately 11:00 am, including:   

• Front Road: From Morton Drive and Maple Avenue and   
• Reaume Road: From Front Road to Carnegie Road.   

The public are encouraged to cheer on the walkers along Front Road and Reaume Road, and everyone is invited to celebrate opening day at Turtle Club Park. 

As a reminder construction at the intersection of Sprucewood Avenue and Matchett Road, as well as Matchett Road at Turkey Creek Bridge are ongoing. LaSalle Police Service is asking residents for their patience and to plan travel routes accordingly.
