The Town hosts LaSalle Night Markets located at the LaSalle Civic Centre at 5950 Malden Road. Night Markets feature live music, vendors and delicious food.
Vendors feature talented local artisans and crafters, farm-to-table local produce, delicious food vendors, amazing merchant consultants and local businesses, exhibiting their handmade and handcrafted products.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the LaSalle Night Market! Take a walk or ride your bike and join us at the LaSalle Civic Centre. The event will take place rain or shine. Admission is free, all are welcome!
The May 28 Night Market will feature musical performances from the Accousticlassics. Border City Barkers will be offering a dog agility show at 6:00 pm.

The LaSalle Night Market is located outdoors at the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre, 5950 Malden Rd. The event is free to the public and operates rain or shine. Restrooms are available inside Town Hall. Please accompany children inside the building at all times. |
Parking |
Parking is limited at Town Hall. We encourage you to walk or take your bike as there are plenty of bike racks available. Don't forget a bike lock! |

The LaSalle Night Market is an outdoor event and vendor spaces offering shade are not guaranteed. Vendors with light sensitive products should make every effort to protect their products under their tent. |
Accepted Vendors |
Accepted vendors will be notified by email approximately two weeks in advance of the LaSalle Night Market. We make efforts to provide each vendor a chance to participate in at least one of the LaSalle Night Markets. Vendors may be not be accepted for each market they applied to. Vendors are selected based on variety, products being sold, quality of goods and availability. |
Vendor Booth Spaces and Electrical Information |
Each accepted vendor will receive one booth space which is ten (10) feet wide and ten (10) feet deep. Vendors may request additional booths on their application, but acceptance of more than one booth space is not guaranteed. The Town does not guarantee exclusivity and other vendors may be accepted with similar products. Please note that the Town reserves the right to decline vendor entries of similar products to ensure adequate interest and representation at the event. The vendor is solely responsible for providing all items for their booth including tent, chairs, tables, extension cords and other set-up equipment. All sale items and signage must remain inside allotted booth spaces. Vendors are not permitted to play music at the markets. Vendors are responsible for securing their tents (with sandbags on cement and appropriate tent stakes on grass). Tent stakes should not be longer than 8 inches. Vendors have 90 minutes to set-up prior to opening to the public and once set-up is complete, vendors are not permitted to move their booth during the event. Vendor booths should be staffed for the entire duration of the event. Electrical outlets are available throughout the event area. The Town will make efforts to provide vendors with access to electrical, but it is not guaranteed. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords which must be a 3-prong grounded cord, outdoor rated with a maximum 125V. |

Vendor Documentation and Payment Information |
Vendors must be able to provide documentation of paperwork including all related Windsor-Essex County Health Unit Forms, TSSA certifications, insurance documentation as well as necessary fire extinguisher and suppression documents. Vendors must pay $35 per booth space to attend the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable and payment is required in advance. Cancellations will not be refunded. |
Vendor Items for Sale |
Food for sale: Vendors selling food items should note that the Windsor Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is notified of all events. All vendors must be in compliance with the WECHU code. Vendors found to be in violation of this must cease operations and sales to the public until the issue is resolved. If Health and Safety concerns are prevalent, the Town reserves the right to decline entry into the event or any future events. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure adequate paperwork and inspection records are on hand at all times. Items for sale: The Town reserves the right to regulate goods sold by vendors and accept or deny entry with just cause. Sale of any items deemed offensive, unprofessional, and hurtful is strictly prohibited. Booths will be monitored and vendors may be asked to withdraw sales of specific items or leave the event. The Town is not responsible for lost or stolen items. |
Vendor Set up, Tear Down and Parking Information |
Vendor set up begins no earlier than 90 minutes prior to the event opening time. Vendor spaces are assigned in advance by Town staff. Vendors may be asked to move their booth. Set up must be completed no later than ten minutes prior to the opening time. Vendor tear down begins at the immediate conclusion of the event hours. Early tear down is prohibited. Tear down should be completed no later than one hour past the event ending time. Vendors must remove all materials, equipment and garbage. Any garbage left behind is subject to administrative fees. The Town will not hold on to lost items. Vendor Parking: Vendors are asked to remove their vehicles after setting up from the LaSalle Civic Centre lot to make room for customer parking. Please note adjacent private lots are available. The Town does not reserve parking spaces. Access of vehicles to the LaSalle Civic Centre grounds (walkways, paths, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Vendors who require such service must make these needs know to the Town in advance. Approval may be given in certain circumstances. |
