Water Financial Plan

As part of the Safe Drinking Water Act, municipalities are required to provide a financial plan to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing every five years. The next plan is due to be submitted by January 1, 2025.

Regulation 397/11 Annual Energy Consumption Report

As part of Regulation 397/11, municipalities are required to provide a summary of annual energy consumption for each municipal facility by July 1 of each year. The 2015 Energy Consumption report is due July 1, 2017.

Town of LaSalle Conservation and Energy Management Plan

In accordance with Ontario Regulation 507/18, municipalities are required to complete a Conservation and Energy Management Plan. The next scheduled update is July 1, 2024.

Asset Management Plan

In order to qualify for Provincial Grants, the Ontario government now requires municipalities to have asset management plans in place. The Town of LaSalle's plan is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
