In light of the disruption of Canada Post services, the Town of LaSalle offers the following information on outgoing and incoming payments.
Payments to Vendors
The Town of LaSalle has taken steps to ensure that vendors who rely on payments will continue to receive the best possible service due to the ongoing disruption of Canada Post services.
Vendors who receive their payments through direct deposit will continue to have payments deposited into their bank accounts as usual.
Vendors who regularly receive their payments by cheque through the mail will need to pick up their cheque at 5950 Malden Road, open Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
When picking up cheques, the following will be required:
Any cheques not picked up will be mailed once postal delivery service resumes.

Water Financial Plan
As part of the Safe Drinking Water Act, municipalities are required to provide a financial plan to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing every five years. The next plan is due to be submitted by January 1, 2025.
Town of LaSalle 2019 Water Financial Plan
In accordance with Ontario Regulation 507/18, municipalities are required to complete a Conservation and Energy Management Plan. The next scheduled update is July 1, 2024.

In order to qualify for Provincial Grants, the Ontario government now requires municipalities to have asset management plans in place. The Town of LaSalle's plan is reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
