Carbon Monoxide (CO) Awareness Week runs November 1 to 7, and LaSalle Fire Service is reminding everyone to recognize the health risks and danger CO poses with tips, suggestions, and advice on how to protect your family and stay safe.
The LaSalle Firefighters Associations are excited for the return of LaSalle Gives Back this holiday season. From Thursday, November 13 to Saturday, November 15, 2025, LaSalle Firefighters and community volunteers will take to the streets in LaSalle to distribute newsletters and accept monetary donations for St. Andrews Anglican Church – Community Food Bank and LaSalle Hangout for Youth
Today, Enbridge Gas Ontario (Enbridge Gas) and LaSalle Fire Service announced they are working together to improve home safety and bring fire and carbon monoxide-related deaths down to zero.

The LaSalle Fire Service will host a community car wash on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, at LaSalle Fire Station 2, 2190 Front Road. This initiative is a part of Muscular Dystrophy Awareness Month in Canada and aims to raise funds in support of Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
The LaSalle Fire Service has LIFTED the open air fire ban put in place on Monday, August 11, 2025, due to dry conditions.
Environment Canada has issued an extended heat warning for Windsor-Essex County from Saturday, August 9, until Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
LaSalle Fire Service has been selected as one of 17 fire departments across Ontario to receive a donation of smoke alarms from Kidde Canada, in partnership with the Fire Marshal’s Public Fire Safety Council (FMPFSC).
