LaSalle Quarterly Water Bills - January 2025

The Town of LaSalle residential quarterly water and wastewater bills were mailed at the beginning of this month and are due by Friday, January 31.

There are many payment options available:

Mail: Send your cheque and payment stub to the Finance Department, 5950 Malden Road., LaSalle, ON N9H 1S4.   

In-person: Visit the Town of LaSalle Civic Centre, 5950 Malden Road, LaSalle, ON N9H 1S4.   

Drop-Box: Leave a cheque (no cash) in the drop-box at the LaSalle Civic Centre, located on the north wall of the front entrance, next to the employee entrance.   

Telephone/Internet Banking: Contact your local banking institution for information. The payee will be listed as something similar to: LaSalle ON - water/sewer.  

Pre-authorized Payment Plans: Options include a 10 Month Payment Plan, 12 Month Payment Plan, Due Date Plan, and Budget Plan. These plans can be applied to water bills and tax bills). Pre-authorized payment forms are available on the Payment Options page of our website.    

Equal Monthly Payments:
Residential customers may register for equal monthly payments. Customers will receive a notice indicating their monthly payment for the year. This is calculated based on the average usage history over the past year. Complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Form on the Water Billing web page. 

As a reminder, the Town of LaSalle sends water/wastewater bills quarterly (every three months) to residential customers in January, April, July, and October.  Each bill includes three months' worth of usage. For example, January's bill covers usage for October, November, and December. The due dates are set to the last Friday of the month when the bill is issued. The next water/wastewater due date will be Friday, April 25, 2025. 

Go paperless! Register at Town of LaSalle Online Services to view property tax and/or water bills and transactions. Once registered, your bills will be emailed to you. A PIN# to create your account can be found on your current bill, or you can get a PIN# by calling the Finance Department.   

To avoid late fees when paying through your financial institution, make your payment a few days before the due date. Processing and sending the payment may take a few days. A late fee will be automatically added to your account if we receive the payment after the due date.
