LaSalle Spring Fling
This fun filled community event is the perfect way to welcome the season with family and friends. The Spring Fling features exiting activities for all ages, including busker shows, vendors, food, sweet treats, activities and entertainment that celebrates the spirit of Spring! Join us for the excitement and stay for the entertainment!

Vendor Application and Information
One booth is 100 ft2 (10 feet by 10 feet) and is $40 plus HST. Vendors may need multiple booth spaces to accommodate their display.
The Town does not guarantee exclusivity and other vendors may be accepted with similar products. Please note that the Town reserves the right to decline vendor entries of similar products to ensure adequate interest and representation at the event.
Please note that vendor spaces are limited and cannot be held or guaranteed. As these markets are held outdoors, shaded areas may be limited. Vendors with light‑sensitive products are encouraged to bring appropriate coverings or tent accessories to help protect their items throughout the event.
Accepted vendors will be notified by email on or before Friday March 6, 2026.
Vendors are selected based on variety, products being sold, quality of goods and availability.

Vendors must be able to provide documentation of paperwork including all related Windsor-Essex County Health Unit Forms, TSSA certifications, insurance documentation as well as necessary fire extinguisher and suppression documents.
Food for sale: Vendors selling food items should note that the Windsor Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is notified of all events. All vendors must be in compliance with the WECHU code. Vendors found to be in violation of this must cease operations and sales to the public until the issue is resolved. If Health and Safety concerns are prevalent, the Town reserves the right to decline entry into the event or any future events. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure adequate paperwork and inspection records are on hand at all times.
Items for sale: The Town reserves the right to regulate goods sold by vendors and accept or deny entry with just cause. Sale of any items deemed offensive, unprofessional, and hurtful is strictly prohibited. Booths will be monitored and vendors may be asked to withdraw sales of specific items or leave the event. The Town is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
LaSalle Night Markets
Our LaSalle Night Markets draw a vibrant mix of food lovers, families and music enthusiasts who come out to enjoy warm evenings filled with great flavours and local creativity. It’s a lively, welcoming atmosphere where vendors, artisans and performers line the pathways, live music sets the mood, and the community gathers to explore, shop and connect. Share your talent at an event that celebrates local makers and brings people together in the heart of LaSalle.

LaSalle Strawberry Festival
The LaSalle Strawberry Festival is a four‑day celebration packed with a bustling carnival, LaSalle’s beloved parade, live entertainment, dazzling fireworks, and an incredible variety of food. Becoming a vendor at this signature community event gives you the chance to showcase your products to more than 30,000 enthusiastic visitors who join us each year.

Location: The Vollmer Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway, LaSalle, Ontario
Applications - Parade, Merchandise, Food and Entertainment
The LaSalle Strawberry Festival is an outdoor event. Vendors with light-sensitive products shall take their own precautions to protect their product from weather and sunshine. The Town will not move vendor booths once set up. Vendor booth assignments are non-negotiable. Special requests for spots with shade cannot be accommodated.
WECHU Food and Items for Sale, Inspections
Vendors must be able to provide documentation of paperwork including all related Windsor-Essex County Health Unit Forms, TSSA certifications, insurance documentation as well as necessary fire extinguisher and suppression documents.
Food for sale - Vendors selling food items should note that the Windsor Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is notified of all events. An Inspector from the WECHU will provide an inspection on the Thursday prior to the start time of the festival.
Based on the inspection, all vendors must be in compliance with the WECHU code. Vendors found to be in violation of this must cease operations and sales to the public until the issue is resolved. If Health and Safety concerns are prevalent, the Town reserves the right to decline entry into the event or any future events. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure adequate paperwork and inspection records are on hand at all times.
TSSA - all food vendors that are using propane/natural gas fired mobile equipment must provide TSSA documentation prior to the festival. All food trucks and vendors will be inspected prior to the start of the festival. If proper documentation is not present or provided, vendors will be asked to cease operations until documentation is provided.
Items for sale - The Town reserves the right to regulate goods sold by vendors and accept or deny entry with just cause. Sale of any items deemed offensive, unprofessional, and hurtful is strictly prohibited. Booths will be monitored and vendors may be asked to withdraw sales of specific items or leave the event. Certificate of Insurance (COI) - all participating vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of LaSalle as additionally insured, meeting a minimum $5,000,000 of general liability.

LaSalle Fire Service - Captain/Fire Prevention Officer
If an inspection is failed, vendors must cease their operation until they have corrected any violations.
Food Trucks - Electrical Requirements, Oil and Greywater Disposal
Electrical Requirements
All equipment and extension cords must be provided by the vendor and shall meet the approval of the Electrical Safety Authority including a ground prong. All booths requiring electrical are subject to an inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority at any time during the festival. They will be looking for unpermitted items such as heaters, hot plates or worn/damaged cords. Electrical hook up, disconnection and inspection will be completed by the site electrician only. Vendors are not permitted to hook up or disconnect their electrical.
Vendor booths will be assigned a tag and will have their electrical cords tagged by the electrician.
Diesel generators are not permitted.
Oil and Greywater Disposal
All food vendors must properly dispose of oil at their own expense at an appropriate recycling facility. Greywater must be held in the food vendors own tank and disposed of properly off-site. Dumping oil and greywater at the festival is prohibited and will result in dismissal from the property with additional damage charges.
Holiday Lights Heritage Nights
The annual LaSalle Holiday Lights displays are shine bright at the LaSalle Civic Centre, 5950 Malden Road. This beautiful outdoor light display transforms the area into a magical outdoor walk-through holiday wonderland, including numerous ornamental and holiday lighting displays and a forty-foot-tall walk-through tree. Take a stroll through the magical lights.
