Metal Items and Appliance Collection
Metal items and appliances, also known as white goods are items that are metal or mostly metal such as fridges, stoves, microwaves, washers, and dryers. These items are available for collection once per month at no charge. Please refer to your collection calendar each month for the collection dates.
You can submit your white goods collection request online using the following link, or call 519-969-7770 ext. 1221 to arrange for a pickup.
- Submit your request by 12:00 noon the day before the scheduled pickup to have your address and item added to the collection list
- Place your item outside at the end of your driveway by the curb the night before collection
If you wish to remove your name and address from the pickup list for any reason, please contact us to inform us.
