Complaints and Compliments

There are several ways to make a complaint.

You can fill out this form or you may attend in person at the LaSalle Police Service, 1880 Normandy Rd. LaSalle and speak with a supervisor. If your complaint is of a minor nature, the supervisor may attempt to resolve it with you. To contact a LaSalle Police Service supervisor, please call 519-969-5210 ext. 0 and request to speak with a patrol supervisor. 

If your complaint is of a more serious nature, you are required to complete a LECA (Law Enforcement Complaints Agency) Form.

You may submit the form to the LaSalle Police Service or directly to the LECA. Forms are at any police station or online at the LECA website.
