Transit Windsor is eliminating  paper bus tickets. This transition reflects a broader move towards modernizing public transportation, enhancing efficiency, and reducing environmental impact. Commuters will need to adapt by using smart cards, which promises to streamline the boarding process. This shift not only aligns with global sustainability goals by minimizing paper waste but also offers enhanced security and tracking capabilities, ensuring a more seamless travel experience. Transit Windsor encourages you to bring in your paper tickets in exchange for a smart ride card. The exchange must happen before March 31, 2025.
