Project Overview:

A privately owned plaza development will begin construction on a privately owned site at the corner of Sandwich West Parkway and D'Amore Drive. The project includes some road and infrastructure improvements. Construction will include a roundabout at the Heritage Drive and Sandwich W Pkwy intersection, as well as the addition of traffic signals at Durocher Drive, which will become the main entrance to the new plaza.

The new development will include commercial buildings such as; Shoppers Drug mart, a Food Basics, Fast Food Chains, a Daycare, a Pet Store, and many others.
