North Woodmont Sanitary Upgrades

Construction will be starting on the Sanitary Pump Station (Pump Station 13) within the first week of March. During this time, the sanitary pump station and sanitary main will undergo upgrades. Please note that North Woodmont will be closed but still open for local traffic. Construction is expected to be completed by late Spring 2025.

Project Updates

March 18, 2024 - Site test digs and geotechnical reports completed.
May 2024 - North Woodmont Ave Sanitary Sewer Upgrades tender was awarded to Sherway Contracting Inc.
February 27, 2025 - A notice that construction will being on March 10, 2025, mailed to residents in the project area.
March 10, 2025 - Construction is underway, please be careful within the area.
May1, 2025 - Road and sewer construction is expected to be completed by June 2025. Pump station upgrades will continue, but will not impact traffic.

We are upgrading the sanitary pump station and sanitary sewer main. This includes work on pump station 13, installing new sanitary sewer, connecting private drains, and fixing asphalt and landscaping. North Woodmont will be closed, but open to local traffic. Heavy equipment will be on site.

During construction, access to driveways may be disrupted at times. We will try to keep this to a minimum. Individuals with special needs or requiring assistance, please contact Sherway Contracting (Windsor) Inc. at the phone number or e-mail found below.
