The Vollmer Centre will be closed from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Friday, January 10, 2025, for scheduled maintenance. The water will be shut off throughout the building during this time to repair a water connection. We thank you for your understanding.

The LaSalle New Year's Eve Fireworks show is scheduled at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex, 2121 Laurier Parkway. Fireworks begin at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, December 31.  Please arrive early to find a parking spot and settle in before 7:15 pm. Snuggle up with your family and friends for an exciting fireworks display.

As part of the Strategic Plan Update, we are conducting a random phone survey by Leger.

Three new pedestrian signals are now installed and ready for use along Front Road in LaSalle at the intersections of Bouffard Road, Huron Street, and Boismier Avenue.

Aquatic and skating adventures are lined up to create some holiday fun at the Vollmer Centre. 

Members of the public and developers can now complete and submit all planning applications online.

At the Tuesday, December 10, 2024, Regular Meeting of Council, Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary (CCGA) presented a certificate and plaque to the LaSalle Fire Service in recognition of 35 years of partnership between LaSalle Fire Rescue and CCGA. 

The LaSalle Firefighters Associations are thrilled with the success of this year’s new initiative to support the LaSalle community this holiday season. 

After two days of deliberations on December 4 and 5, LaSalle Council approved the 2025 Municipal General Levy at $50M.
