Arena Rentals

The Vollmer Complex features 2 ice rinks. Rink A and Rink B/ Gary L. Parent CAW Arena. Both rinks are NHL-sized, measuring 200 feet long and 85 feet wide. The facility includes a dedicated referees dressing room and a female change room. All dressing rooms are fully accessible and equipped with a toilet and shower.

Dressing Room Assignments

Each rental is assigned a dressing room. Please check the video display board inside the arena to locate your assigned room. Only the dressing room(s) assigned to your rental may be used. Room keys are located inside the dressing room and must be left there at the end of the rental.

Arena Seating Heaters

Arena seating heaters operate based on the air temperature inside the arena. Air temperature is closely regulated, as it directly affects ice conditions. If the air temperature becomes too warm, the heaters will automatically turn off to help maintain optimal ice conditions. Maintaining proper ice temperature is a top priority.

Rental Fees and Permits

Rental fees are charged in accordance with our user fee schedule. Arena use is by rental permit only. A rental permit consists of Town approval, rental payment and insurance coverage.

September - May Rentals

• Early Bird, Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 8:59 am
• Non-Prime Time, Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 3:59 pm
• Prime Time, Monday to Friday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday all day.

June - August Rentals

• Early Bird, Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 8:59 am
• Regular Rate, Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 11:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday all day.
