LPSB Annual Reports

At least once every four years, the Police Services Board, as per Section 39 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, prepare and/or revise its Strategic Plan in accordance with the regulations.

On or before June 30th of each year, as per Sections 41(1) and (2) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, the police board shall file an annual report with its municipality and that the Board shall publish the annual report on the Internet in accordance with the regulations made by the Ministry.

Section 8(2)(b) of the Missing Persons Act, 2018 requires the Board make the Missing Persons Annual Report available to the public in the prescribed manner.  You can view the following Missing Persons Acts for the LaSalle Police Service:

Section 17(7) of Ontario Regulation 391/23 (the Regulation) requires the Board to publish the annual Use of Force report, submitted under Section 17(6) of the Regulation, on the internet.  You can view the following Use of Force reports for the LaSalle Police Service:

As of April 1, 2024, Ontario Regulation 58/16, Collection of Identifying Information in Certain Circumstances (CIICC) was revoked.
