Virtual Fitness Classes are held over Zoom and conference call line. Participants must pre-register for the  meeting ID and password.

Register online or call (519) 969-7771 ext. 0. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting ID, password and conference call phone line number. Participants must have a Zoom account to participate virtually. All adult classes, sessions and seminars use the LaSalle Virtual meeting ID and password. Register once to have access to all virtual classes.
