Truck or Treat

Event Information

Join us on Saturday, October 28 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Vollmer Recreation Complex for the 4th annual Truck or Treat event!

Bring your vampires, princesses, and ghosts to the exciting fourth annual Truck or Treat event! Families are encouraged to dress up for Halloween and come out to see an exciting lineup of unique vehicles including emergency, construction, and farm vehicles, trucks, and more, while collecting some goodies along the way.  Candy will be available on tables throughout the event and children can take a piece of candy from the tables, taking the treat that is first touched. Participants should bring their own trick-or-treat candy bag. The vehicles on display are for viewing only. Participants will not be permitted to climb, enter, or touch any vehicles. We appreciate your cooperation.

Truck or Treat Vehicle Application

Registration is not required. An entrance fee of $3 per child of any age (cash, credit or debit) will apply. Parents and guardians are free to enter. In lieu of canned food donations, a portion of net proceeds from the event gate admissions will be donated to the St. Andrews Anglican Church - Community Food Bank.

This outdoor event will be held rain or shine. Portable washrooms will be available onsite.  In the event of serious weather conditions, an update will be posted on social media and this web page.

Sparky the Fire Dog and the LaSalle firefighters will be onsite at the event entrance to accept donations of new, unwrapped toys for children and youth of all ages for LaSalle Fire Service's Sparky's Toy Drive.
